Bryce Dippenaar is an emerging graphic and multimedia designer with a passion for art and technology and where those two worlds collide. With over two years of experience teaching design software like Photoshop, Illustrator, and Blender, Bryce Dippenaar has developed a strong foundation in Adobe and AutoDesk tools. Their hands-on approach to design is rooted in a deep understanding of brand consistency and campaign development.
A recent highlight in their career includes placing in the top 16 at the AVIJOZI competition, hosted by the University of Johannesburg and Chocolate Tribe. Beyond competitions, Bryce Dippenaar has dedicated extensive time to supporting small businesses, such as Solve for X, by creating promotional materials for both print and digital platforms.
Additionally, Bryce Dippenaar collaborated with fiber artist Odirile Khune Motsiri on the exhibition "Threads of Resilience," where they provided a digital animation of select physical works in the collection. This animation was displayed at the University of the Free State.
The themes explored in Bryce Dippenaar work center around technology and its influence on our perception of reality through electronic devices. The ability to mask identities, the subjective nature of information depending on its source, and the growing entanglement between the physical and digital worlds are recurring motifs that drive their creative practice.
